Account Deletion

We're sorry to see you go. Please read the information below carefully.

Heads up! This isn't just the usual stuff, so give it a good read.

You're trying to delete your Openly Account, which provides access to various Openly services. You'll no longer be able to use any of those services, and your account and data will be lost. All this content will be deleted.

Note: the list below may not contain every Openly service affected by your deletion, such as services Openly no longer supports. Your data will be deleted from these services as well.

Biodata

Your bio data details, profile information, and personal preferences will be deleted.

Bookings & Events

All your event bookings, ticket history, and upcoming reservations will be deleted.

Wallet & Credits

Your wallet will be closed and deleted. Any remaining account balance or credits will be forfeited.

Saved Preferences

All saved venues, favorite locations, waitlist registrations, and preferences will be deleted.

Transaction History

All transactions carried out by you, including payment records and receipts, will be deleted.

Reviews & Ratings

All your venue reviews, ratings, and comments will be permanently removed.

7-Day Grace Period

Openly gives a 7-day recall period before final account deletion. During this time, you can contact support to recover your account. After your account has been deleted, you can sign up again with the same email address.

How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account by following the instructions below:

  1. 1.Enter your email address associated with your Openly account
  2. 2.Optionally provide a reason for leaving to help us improve
  3. 3.Review the information and click Continue
  4. 4.Type "DELETE" to confirm, then submit your request
